Thursday the 5th
Our airplane left at 9:40 Denmark time. We landed in London a little before 11pm. We were the only ones on our plane that had to go through immigration(because we aren't citizens in the EU), and so by the time we got to the luggage carrier we had no problem finding our bags. From the airport we took a train to Liverpool. Once in Liverpool we switched to the underground and got into Camden at the hostel around 12:30, and went to bed.

Friday the 6th
We got up early and went down to eat breakfast. Our hostel is located on top of a bar. They are ran by the same people, so we have a door from the hostel into the back of the bar. Breakfast is served in the bar in the mornings. It's quite interesting. We then went to Piccadilly Circus. After checking out that area we headed to Big Ben. Boy was that a sight. It was amazing. But just as we got there it started to rain, and then pour. I put on my rubbers and got out my umbrella. Pedro put on a poncho and we continued on to the London Aquarium. Definitely not as cool as the one in Santa Cruz, but I still got to touch the sting rays. After the aquarium we went to London Tower. After the London Tower we headed across London Bridge. By then we were quite tired so we headed back to the hostel to get ready for the Blink 182 concert. We cleaned up a little bit, and got rid of our backpacks and coats. We headed to the metro station that was closest to the concert, but accidentally got on a train that didn't stop at our station. So, we had to get on another train and headed back to the right station. The concert was awesome. The first opening act was really bad, but the second one was much better. Then Blink came on. They play and amazing concert. We were sitting way up high, and right above us was a box for the spotlight. We were able to sit up on that ledge and had a great view of the concert. They played a really short set, just about an hour. Then everyone at the concert(we think maybe 15,000) headed back to the same metro station. On the way down the stairs I slept and feel on the metal lined cement stairs. That smarted. After about an hour it was feeling much better. We got back to the hostel late and went to bed.

Saturday the 7th
First thing in the morning we went to the Globe Theater, and saw an excellent exhibit. It was fascinating. We then went looking for food, but instead found Southwark cathedral. The architecture was magnificent. After looking around there we went to St. Pauls cathedral. That was mindblowing. It was so beautiful inside and out. We climbed all the way up to the top and saw a 360* view of the city. That was a lot of stairs. We ended the afternoon with a trip to Tate modern art museum. There was an exhibit in which in the background was a large sun and the roof of the room was all glass. Everyone was laying on the floor and taking photos of themselves. Pedro and I couldn't pass that up, so we layed down and took pictures too. After we were finished with the museum we headed back to Camden and that is where we are currently. At an internet cafe checking e-mail, and writing this.
